About You:
• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and video editing, preferably for social media and digital marketing.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the entire process from the initial sourcing, all the way to the delivery of the final product to our warehouse. Your role will involve:
Project Management
• Assume full responsibility for managing product timelines, budgets, and resources, guaranteeing that every product is manufactured with efficiency and adheres to the highest quality standards.
Sourcing
• Actively identify and engage with new suppliers for sourcing innovative materials.
• Continuously explore opportunities to refine production processes, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to boost efficiency and lower expenses.
• Remain abreast of the latest industry trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies to perpetually enhance the creative and practical aspects of the production process.
Supplier Management and Cost Efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms
• Ensure compliance with suppliers' contracts and codes of conduct, as well as adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in production activities.
• Promote sustainable practices within the production process, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.Risk Management
• Identify potential risks in the production process and preparing contingency plans to address unexpected challenges such as supply chain disruptions or equipment failures.
