Your Role Will Involve:
• Capturing innovative content for our website and social media channels, with a primary focus on photography and video production. This includes shooting high-quality images (iPhone), recording video (iPhone), and editing engaging video material for Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborating with the creative team on set design and creative input for campaigns and shoots, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
• Occasionally supporting coordination of set and product samples for content production.
About You:
• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and video editing, preferably for social media and digital marketing.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences and a deep understanding of and interest in online trends .
• Highly creative with a strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other relevant video editing tools.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is adaptable to evolving project needs.
• Passionate about visual storytelling and creating inspiring, on-brand content.

Gustaf Westman is now looking for a Production & Sourcing Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
Join our dynamic team where you will be the critical link between imaginative design and efficient manufacturing. As a Production & Sourcing Manager, you will lead the entire process from the initial sourcing, all the way to the delivery of the final product to our warehouse. In doing so, you'll ensure precise drop schedules while upholding the company's standards and goals for sustainability, quality, profit margins, and timely deliveries.
Your role will involve:
Production Management
• Take full responsibility for managing production timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure each product is produced efficiently and to the highest standard of quality.Sourcing
• Actively identify and engage with new suppliers for sourcing innovative materials.
• Continuously explore opportunities to refine production processes, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to boost efficiency and lower expenses.
• Remain abreast of the latest industry trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies to perpetually enhance the creative and practical aspects of the production process.
Supplier Management and Cost Efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms
• Ensure compliance with suppliers' contracts and codes of conduct, as well as adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in production activities.
• Promote sustainable practices within the production process, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.Risk Management
• Identify potential risks in the production process and preparing contingency plans to address unexpected challenges such as supply chain disruptions or equipment failures.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure the final products meet or exceed company and customer standards.Location: The position is based in Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required for supplier visits and other industry events.
About you
• Minimum 2+ years work experience in a similar role, preferably within the fields of furniture, interior goods or fashion

We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical intern to support our COO in building the operational foundation for Gustaf Westman’s continued growth. You’ll be involved in a wide range of strategic and analytical tasks – from business analysis and market research to financial summaries and process development.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structure with creativity, and who wants hands-on experience in scaling a fast-growing international design brand.
Your role will involve:
• Assisting in business and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and summaries for management and internal meetings.• Supporting the COO in operational projects across e-commerce, logistics and international expansion.
• Conducting research and compiling insights on markets, competitors, and business trends.
• Creating structured overviews, process documents, and frameworks to improve internal efficiency.
About you:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) – knowledge of Excel or financial modeling is a plus.

Duration: Three months with the possibility of extension.
